ABOUT ME

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, theology, personal development and social cohesion.

I am deeply interested in people: how we think, why we behave the way we do, what gives our lives meaning, and what helps us become better versions of ourselves.

Through my writing, speaking, and projects, I explore these questions, proffer answers and turn them into practical wisdom that people can understand, reflect on, and apply to their everyday lives.

Why I Do This

I believe that many of our struggles begin when we live without taking time to understand ourselves.

We chase things we do not truly value. We compare ourselves with people whose lives we do not understand. We pursue success without defining what success means to us. We look for happiness in places that were never designed to sustain it.

My work is an attempt to contribute to a different kind of conversation.

A conversation about self-awareness, purpose, meaning, growth, responsibility, relationships, faith, and the choices that shape our lives.

Who am I?

What really matters to me?

Why do I do what I do?

What am I capable of becoming?

What makes a life meaningful?

Am I actually living the life I want to live?

My Background

PSYCHOLOGY

I study Psychology at Lagos State University, where I am developing a scientific understanding of human behaviour, cognition, personality, development, and psychological processes.

THEOLOGY

I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Christ Apostolic Church Theological Seminary.

My background in theology introduced me to questions of purpose, faith, morality, meaning, and human nature. Psychology has given me another framework for examining many of these questions through research and evidence.

Together, these fields have shaped the way I think about people and the human experience.

I am interested in both the questions that science can investigate and the deeper questions about meaning and existence that people have wrestled with for generations.

What I Write About

01

Self-Discovery and Personal Growth

Understanding yourself is the beginning of intentional growth.

I write about self-awareness, identity, habits, discipline, emotional experiences, decision-making, and the process of becoming.

02

Purpose and Meaning

A meaningful life requires more than the pursuit of pleasure and achievement.

I explore purpose, values, meaning, fulfilment, and the decisions that help us build lives that reflect what we genuinely consider important.

03

Human Behaviour

People are fascinating.

Our beliefs, experiences, environments, relationships, emotions, and expectations all influence the way we behave.

My interest in psychology allows me to explore these patterns, and find the recurring cues that leads to the same conclusion when many people are looking for different outcomes.

04

Faith and Life

My theological background continues to influence my thinking about purpose, character, responsibility, hope, and the human search for meaning.

I explore faith as part of the broader conversation about how people understand themselves, their place in the world and the hereafter.

05

Leadership and Personal Responsibility

Leadership is not only about positions or titles.

I am interested in how people influence others, make decisions, take responsibility, communicate ideas, and turn intentions into meaningful action.

THE BOOK

YOUR POWER FOR HAPPINESS

What if happiness is about more than pleasure?

My first book, Your Power for Happiness, explores the relationship between happiness, purpose, meaning, and the things we often believe will make us happy.

It was written for people who want to look beyond temporary pleasure and external achievement and think more deeply about what makes life worth living.

Speaking

I speak about ideas that sit at the intersection of psychology, personal development, purpose, faith, leadership, and human behaviour.

To make people think.

Not simply to give them information, but to help them question assumptions, see themselves differently, and consider what they can do with what they have learned.

I am available for speaking engagements, workshops, educational programmes, youth events, leadership programmes, and conversations around human development, personal growth, faith, leadership and the subjects of living, thriving and making meaningful impact.

Beyond Coaching, And Writing

I am also interested in technology and the possibilities it creates.

As a web developer, I enjoy creating digital experiences that help people communicate ideas and access useful information.

I am particularly interested in the intersection of technology, education, artificial intelligence, and human development.

For me, technology is not simply about building websites or using new tools.

It is about understanding how tools can help people solve problems, communicate better, learn faster, and create meaningful value.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Everything I do comes back to one central interest:

People.

I want to understand how we become who we are.

I want to understand what helps us change.

I want to understand why we pursue the things we pursue.

And I want to contribute practical wisdom that help people live with greater awareness, purpose, and intention.

I am still learning, still questioning, still writing, and still becoming.
